These terms describe the customer-facing conditions for ordering from LaunchOps.
Products, services, subscriptions, and prices shown by LaunchOps are subject to availability, scheduling, and change.
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance until checkout is completed and the store confirms the transaction.
Displayed prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping or service charges are presented at checkout when applicable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. LaunchOps does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Because LaunchOps is delivered as a digital toolkit, completed orders are normally final. If a file is inaccessible, duplicated incorrectly, or materially different from the product description, contact support within 14 days and the seller will repair access or review a refund request. Your own store can replace this with the guarantee or policy language that fits your product.
For demo orders, use any email you can access during checkout. The buyer vault recovery flow will send a sign-in code to that address, and the support path stays branded to the seller.
LaunchOps may add subscription or recurring billing products in the future. Any such offer will disclose renewal terms during checkout.

Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase from LaunchOps is for the buyer who completed checkout. Review that product's license before sharing, reselling, or using the files commercially.
