Product Types

One-time Products

Standard products that customers purchase once. Perfect for physical goods or services.

Subscription Products

Recurring products that bill customers on a schedule. Great for memberships, services, or subscription boxes.

Digital Products

Digital downloads like ebooks, courses, software, prompt packs, templates, presets, and digital assets. Delivery items can include protected files, license keys, prompt workflows, external links, and instructions.

For digital products, consider:

  • preview samples or text excerpts for buyers to inspect before checkout
  • version labels and changelogs for product updates
  • update access policy for previous buyers versus new buyers
  • license tiers when Personal, Commercial, Client Work, or Team rights should have different prices

Managing Products

From the product manager, you can:

  • Edit product details
  • Update pricing
  • Manage inventory
  • View product analytics
  • Archive or delete products
  • Update digital delivery items, template metadata, version details, and license tiers

When AI drafting is enabled, you can also draft product content, refine drafts, and generate individual product or SEO fields from inside the editor.

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive product names
  • Write detailed descriptions with key features
  • Include high-quality product images
  • Set accurate pricing
  • Configure inventory if selling physical products
